Catherine is the CEO of FreshMinds. She’s been with us since 2005 and has held a number of leadership roles across the business. She’s also been responsible for building long-term relationships with clients such as Starbucks and Pearson.
Catherine works with C-level executives at global consumer brands, using insight to recharge business strategy and accelerate growth. An expert in both qualitative and quantitative methodologies, she has over 12 years’ consulting experience.
Caroline is FreshMinds’ Executive Chair. Passionate about driving growth through agile insight and innovation, Caroline is always happy to embrace the inner geek to root out the right data for decision-making. Caroline is a frequent speaker on entrepreneurship, innovation and research.
Caroline is one of the UK government’s 30 Business Ambassadors, representing the UK’s creative industries globally. She’s also a non-executive director of our sister company, FreshMinds Talent.
